Tour Our Properties

We collect all the information we need to select a handful of properties that could fit your business needs during the first call. During tours, we discuss how each property might work, what’s missing and what improvements can be made to the space to optimize your use of it.

Build-to-Suit

Sometimes, existing facilities will not meet your business needs. WAM Capital, LLC works with clients to build to suit their needs – whether that’s an 1,800-square-foot flex space or 200,000-square-foot warehouse facility. Our build-to-suit team consists of architects and engineers for design and subcontractors to provide estimates and options available. As a licensed general contractor, we lead your build.

Lease Terms, Approval and Signing

Once we find an existing property for your business or settle on a build-to-suit project, we discuss lease terms. Being a privately owned company, we can move quickly when your decision is made and begin work immediately on getting your new space ready.

Move In

Nearly 70 years’ experience in commercial real estate and property management have optimized our move-in process so that we can get you into existing properties in three months or faster. Sometimes, the same day a lease is signed.

For build-to-suit projects, our status as a general contractor allows us to move quickly during design, estimates and build. There’s no middleman.

Ongoing Service and Support

Not only do we lease our properties, but we also manage them. Another way we cut out the middleman to serve our clients directly. Our company portal offers an easy way to submit and track maintenance requests for your space. You can also check in on accounts receivable to ensure you are current on lease payments.

WAM Capital, LLC works on our properties year-round – not just when you file a request. We work on maintenance and upkeep, including paint, paving and landscaping. If you ever need us to visit a property to examine an issue, we try to be there in person within a day.
