Facility Remodel for Aerospace Turbine Rotables
Aerospace Turbine Rotables, Inc. provides exceptional maintenance, repair and overhaul services for a wide variety of aircraft components out of their Wichita facility. Known as an industry leader in component repair, Aerospace Turbine Rotables turned to WAM Capital when they realized they needed more room to grow with their expanding portfolio of services. The company moved into the facility at 1919 East Northern Street July of 2015. Before then, the building sat empty for 15 years. Time took an obvious toll, and WAM Capital’s crew came in for a complete remodel in just six months.
The facility’s remodel involved a designing a new layout for office space, engineering and machine shops, and shipping and receiving docks. No building service was left untouched, including electrical, flooring, framing, plumbing and more.
