We own several industrial, manufacturing, retail and warehouse facilities in Wichita. We also act as property managers for buildings we own, removing the need for and the additional costs of third-party management services. Our goal: take as good of care of our tenants as we do our buildings.

Facility-flexible leasing is one of the ways we can help tenants outgrowing their current space. W.A.M. Capital Corp. owns buildings large and small with various floor plans and purposes. If one of our tenants needs to grow their business – and therefore, their space – we’re able to move them into one of our larger buildings without breaking their lease agreement or waiting for it to end.

When a tenant comes to us with a maintenance need, one of our managers will be onsite within a day – sometimes same-day – to inspect the issue and work with our trusted subcontractors to fix it. Because we’re owners, we don’t have to run repair decisions up the chain of command. We’re onsite making decisions and getting our tenants’ businesses back up and running again quickly.

Our tenant-first approach to commercial property management services influences how we improve our own business. We recently deployed ACH payments for tenants to transfer rent directly from their business bank account, making it easier for them to set up automatic payments.
