Building Shell Nearing Completion
The walls are up. The roof bar joists have been installed. Concrete paving has begun. The WAM Capital team has been busy. With Beran Concrete and DBC/Mahaney Roofing, we’ve completed a considerable about of work to get the building weather-tight by the first week of December. We’ve event begun painting the exterior and installing windows.
Completion of the shell of the building should be mid January, weather permitting.
